摘要
针对电镀废液的特性,集成相关功能,设计出一套以AT89C52系列单片机为控制核心的自动化处理系统。借助框图和电路图,从硬件和软件两方面进行了详细阐述。因结构功能较完善,基于该系统可实现废液容量及其中多种离子浓度的实时检测、监控与自动化调节,获得较为理想的处理效果。
According to the characteristics of electroplating wastewater,a fully-functional automatic treatment system in which AT89C52 typing single-chip microcomputer acted as the control core,was designed.Furthermore,structure and function of the system were elaborated in detail from two aspects of hardware and software assisting with block diagram as well as circuit diagram.By using this system,real-time monitoring and automatic adjusting of wastewater capacity and ions concentration can be realized,and ideal treatment effect was obtained.
