摘要
目的 探讨用药护理对盐酸利托君联合紧急宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈功能不全患者的影响。方法 选取2018年1—12月我院收治的孕中期妊娠宫颈机能不全患者60例,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予盐酸利托君联合紧急宫颈环扎术治疗,进行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上联合用药护理。比较两组患者的术后并发症、用药不良反应、妊娠结局、延长妊娠孕周、实际分娩孕周及新生儿体重。结果 研究组患者术后并发症、不良反应发生率均少于对照组(P <0. 05),妊娠结局优于对照组(P <0. 05),延长妊娠孕周、实际分娩孕周长于对照组(P <0. 05),新生儿体质量高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 临床中给予孕中期妊娠宫颈机能不全患者进行治疗过程中,应用盐酸利托君联合紧急宫颈环扎术疗效确切,给予患者用药护理,能显著降低患者术后并发症及用药不良反应的发生率,延长患者孕周,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of medication nursing on patients with uterine cervical incompetence who were treated by ritodrine hydrochloride combined with emergency cervical cerclage.Methods To select 60 patients with uterine cervical incompetence during the second trimester of pregnancy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018,and they were divided into study group and control group randomly.The control group was given ritodrine hydrochloride combined with emergency cervical cerclage for routine treatment nursing.And the study group was given medication nursing on the basis of treatment of control group.Postoperative complications,adverse drug reactions,pregnancy outcomes,prolonged gestational weeks,actual gestational weeks,and neonatal weight in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications and adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy outcome was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The gestational weeks of pregnancy and the actual gestational weeks were longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The body mass of the newborns was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with cervical incompetence during the second trimester of pregnancy,the application of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with emergency cervical cerclage is effective.Giving patients medication can reduce postoperative complications and adverse drug reactions rate significantly.Meanwhile,it can extend the patient's gestational weeks,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
