摘要
目的分析妊娠合并宫颈功能不全围手术期护理方法及效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年7月医院收治的60例妊娠合并宫颈功能不全患者作为研究对象,以随机抽签法进行分组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施综合护理。对比分析两组分娩方式、妊娠延长时间及住院时间等指标。结果观察组患者自然分娩比例(90.00%)高于对照组(66.67%),剖宫产比例(6.67%)低于对照组(30.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者胎膜破裂分娩比例均为3.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者妊娠延长时间长于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠并宫颈功能不全患者实施宫颈环扎术治疗的过程中实施围手术期综合护理,可有效延长妊娠时间,改善妊娠结局,保证母婴安全。
Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing method and effect of pregnancy with cervical incompetence.Methods The study was carried out from August 2019 to July 2020,60 cases of pregnancy complicated with cervical incompetence were included in this study and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing based on routine nursing.The delivery mode,prolonged pregnancy time and hospital stay of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The proportion of patients in the observation group who gave birth naturally(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),and the proportion of cesarean section(6.67%)was lower than that of the control group(30.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two groups of patients with rupture of membranes delivery rate was 3.33%,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The pregnancy prolongation time of the observation group was longer than the control group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of cervical cerclage in the treatment of patients with pregnancy and cervical insufficiency and the implementation of perioperative comprehensive nursing can effectively prolong the pregnancy time,improve the pregnancy outcome and ensure the safety of mother and baby.
