摘要
为了分析履带预张紧力对车辆平顺性的影响,以某型高速履带车辆为例,在多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn中建立了整车动力学模型,在不同车速下对履带预张紧力的不同取值对车辆平顺性的影响进行了仿真.结果表明,从平顺性最优的角度出发,该型履带车辆履带预张紧力取车重的10%左右较为合适.
To analyze the influence of track pretension on ride comfort of tracked vehicles,this paper takes a high-speed tracked vehicle for studying,a dynamic model is built in multi body dynamic software RecurDyn.The influence of taking different track pretension force to vehicle ride comfort is simulated in different speed.The result shows that from the standpoint of best ride comfort,taking 10% of studied the vehicle weight as the track pretension force is reasonable.
