摘要 工业现场要求Pt100铂电阻测温系统具有高精度、大量程、低温漂、低功耗、低成本。在分析并修正现有测温电路理论误差的基础上,介绍一种基于MSP430的三线制Pt100测温系统,设计使用恒流源作为基准工作电流,利用比例减法器消除导线误差,使用MSP430内部的16位ADC与外部参考电压来采集信号,结合遍历查表法、一次插值法和平滑滤波算法,最终得出精确的温度。经软件仿真和实物验证:系统在测量范围内的精度高,在工作温度范围内的温漂低,功耗和成本相对较低,符合工业现场要求。 Industrial application requires Pt100 platinum resistor temperature measurement system has high precision,large range,low temperature drift,low power consumption,low cost.On the basis of analyzing and correcting theoretical error of the existing temperature measurement circuit,a three-wire Pt100 temperature measurement system based on MSP430 is introduced,in which,constant current source is used as standard working current,and the wire error is eliminated by proportional subtraction circuit.The 16-bit ADC inside MSP430 and outer reference voltage are used to aquire signal.Combined with the look-up table method,the primary interpolation method and smoothing filtering algorithm,finally the accurate temperature is obtained.Software simulation and physical verification shows that the system has high precision in measuring range,low temperature drift in working temperature range,low power consumption and low cost,it meets the industrial field requirements.
