摘要 基于MAX31865数字转换器设计一套嵌入式温度采集系统,实现热电阻温度传感器信号的采集。为减少引线电阻对测量结果的影响,采用三线制接线方式。热电阻信号经过数字转换器转换成数字信号,通过串行外设接口传送至单片机,实现温度的测量。该温度采集系统具备6路热电阻传感器信号采集、处理及显示功能。试验测试表明:开发的系统测量精度高,工作稳定可靠,满足使用要求。 Based on the MAX31865 digital converter,an embedded temperature acquisition system is designed to collect the signal of the thermal resistance temperature sensor.In order to reduce the influence of lead resistance on the measurement results,three-wire is adopted.The thermal resistance signal is converted into digital signal through digital converter,and transmitted to MCU through SPI bus for temperature measurement.The developed system has the functions of signal acquisition,processing and display of 6 channel thermal resistance sensor.This system is verified by experiments,and the results show that it has high measurement accuracy,stable and reliable operation,and meets the requirements of use.
