Design of high precision acquisition system for missile-borne flight parameters

摘要 为满足某型号导弹在试飞实验中对多种参数高精度采集的需求,在存储测试技术的基础上设计高精度采集系统。系统以FPGA为主控芯片,控制一片24 bit模数转换器AD7768实现对电压信号的采集,具有小型化、易于防护等特点。对影响系统采集精度的供电电源去耦电路与基准电压电路进行理论分析并优化;对滤除谐振噪声的有源滤波器电路中的阻容取值提供计算方法;对单端转差分信号电路中由于匹配源阻抗造成的增益电阻失衡提出校正方案。试验结果表明,该系统在-5~5 V的采集范围内误差最大值为34μV,满足飞行任务要求。 In order to meet the need for high-precision acquisition of multiple parameters in a certain type of missile in flight tested experiment,a high precision acquisition system was designed on the basis of storage test technology.The system uses FPGA as the main control chip to control a 24 bit analog-to-digital converter AD7768 to realize the collection of voltage signals,which has the characteristics of miniaturization and easy protection.Theoretical analysis and optimization of the power supply decoupling circuit and reference voltage circuit that affect the accuracy of the system’s acquisition are performed;the calculation method is provided for the value of the resistance and capacitance in the active filter circuit that filters resonance noise;A correction scheme is proposed for the imbalance of gain resistance caused by matching source impedance in the singleended to differential signal circuit.The test results show that the maximum absolute error of the system is 34μV in the acquisition range of-5-5 V,meets mission requirements.
