摘要
目的:通过将三明治教学法应用于肾病综合征临床见习中,探讨三明治教学法在肾病综合征临床见习带教中的可行性。方法:选择桂林医学院2014级临床医学本科班为研究对象,从班级的学生抽取60人,分为2组,试验组为三明治教学模式,对照组为传统模式,分别讲授肾病综合征的相关知识,分析比较2组学生对教学效果的满意度。结果:试验组学生的教学效果的满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:三明治教学法能提高对教学效果的满意度,教学效果优于传统组。
objective:To explore the feasibility of sandwich teaching method in clinical practice teaching of Nephrotic syndrome by applying sandwich teaching method to clinical practice of nephrology department.Method:Selecting 2014 grade clinical medicine undergraduate classes in Guilin Medical College as the research objects,60 students were selected from two classes and were divided into 2 groups.The experimental group used sandwich teaching mode,and the control group used traditional model.The knowledge of NS was given.The student's satisfaction of teaching effect was compared between the two groups.Result:The teaching satisfaction of the students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The sandwich teaching method can improve the satisfaction of teaching effect,and the teaching effect is better than the traditional mode.
