摘要
班导师制是导师制在我国高校的延伸与发展,是我国高等教育发展史上一项具有积极探索意义的实践,起到了不可估量的推动作用。新形势下,土木工程专业班导师工作实践主要包括三个方面:以学生成长成才为主,引导大学生完成角色转变;创建新型班导师队伍,进行大学生职业生涯规划;与企业共建实习基地,开展大学生校外职业指导。
Class tutorial systemis the extension and development of tutorial systemin Chinese universities and it is a positive exploration practice in the history of higher education in China.Meanwhile class tutorial system played an immeasurable role in promotion.Additionally,there are three fields of the work practice of mentor in civil engineering under the new situation.First,it is supposed to focus on student’s growth and develop college students to change their role.In addition,it is necessary to create a new class mentor team to carry out career planning for college students.Last but not least,it is of importance to set up practice bases with enterprises and launch a career guidance for college students outside school.
