摘要
大学班导师是学生成长成才道路上的引导者,但是在工作实践中也存在一些问题。本文对所在学院班导师工作实践中存在的工作方式方法单一、缺少足够的时间精力与学生交流、考核与激励机制不健全三个问题进行深入分析;并从鼓励班导师创新工作方式方法、鼓励学生积极参与科研、完善班导师考核与激励机制三个角度提出对策;最后根据身边实例来验证其成效。本研究可以对班导师制的进一步完善提供参考。
The university class instructor is the leader of the growth of students, but there are some problems in the work practice. In this paper, the author analyzes some problems existing in the practice of the class instructor, such as a simple way of working;lack of sufficient time to communicate with the students;assessment and incentive mechanism is not perfect. The author puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems from three angles: encourage class instructors to innovate ways of working methods; encourage students to actively participate in scientific research; improve class instructor assessment and incentive mechanism. Finally, the effectiveness is verified according to the surrounding examples. This study can provide further reference to the class instructor system.
