摘要
提高理工科高等教育质量,本科专业教育是关键,创新型人才培养是核心。为确保"质量工程"的顺利实施,第一应加强班导师工作,将其纳入正常的教学管理,把好大学新生专业教育关;第二要积极开展或深化创新人才培养实验室的建设工作,调动专业课老师的积极性,从大三开始,每个学生都可自由选择指导老师,参与教师的科研课题,做好大四毕业论文的前期准备工作,提高毕业论文质量,培养学生实践与创新能力。将"质量工程"的实施作为高校教师工作的职责所在。
To improve the quality of higher education in science and engineering diseipline, speciality education and training innovative student are key problems. In order to implement ＂quality project＂, firstly we should strengthen the role of elassteacher, and make it become one of items in instructional management. Classteacher should play important role in speciality education for freshmen year in university. Secondly, it is important to establish laborato~ for training innovative student, they can take part in the researoh works of professors or they can select some projects which they are interested, thus, students can prepare very well for graduation experiment in last year. Teachers in university must recognize that the ＂quality prejeet＂ should be their one of responsibilities.
