摘要
本文作者首先提出职业学校顶岗实习学生存在的不稳定性,进而说明加强顶岗实习学生的稳定性方面的措施,重点谈了作者所在院校在校企合作和顶岗实习管理上一些体会和设想,供职业院校加强和提高顶岗实习管理工作参考。
The author first puts forward the instability of the students in vocational schools,and then explains the measures to strengthen the stability of the students.This paper focuses on the experiences and ideas of the cooperation between the university and the enterprise and the management of the post practice in the colleges and universities where the author is located,which provides a reference for the vocational colleges to strengthen and improve the management of the post practice.
