乡村教师专业发展困境与疏解:地方性知识的视角 被引量:41

摘要 当前乡村教师专业发展已成为乡村教育振兴和乡村教师队伍建设的核心问题。基于文献调查发现,乡村教师专业发展在身份上被定位为"乡土文化的守护者",在知识内容上局限于"技术性"或"操作性"知识,缺乏主体自觉。以地方性知识为视角,乡村教师专业发展应以特定情境中的知识价值生产与辩护为核心,以具有乡村振兴情怀的现代教师为旨归,以教师自我经验统整为方略,加强教师的需求分析、知识辩护和专业自为,有助于实现乡村教师的专业发展。 The professional development of rural teachers is a core issue in the revitalization of rural education. Based on the I让erature survey, the professional development of rural teachers is positioned as the "guardian of local culture" in identity, and is limited to "technical" or "operating" knowledge in content, lacking subjective consciousness. From the perspective of local knowledge, the professional development of rural teachers should focus on the production and defense of knowledge value in specific situations, set the aim of cultivating modern teachers with aspirations of rural revitalization, take the integration of teachers self-experience as a key strategy, and strengthen the needs analysis, knowledge defense and professional self-sufficiency of teachers? These ways would contribute to the professional development of rural teachers.
