摘要
为了进一步提高圆柱度误差评定的精度和计算收敛速度,以国际标准中的最小区域原则为准,建立并求解圆柱度误差的测量模型,在标准鲸鱼优化算法的基础上,对其进行改进,设计一种二次插值鲸鱼优化算法,最后,通过圆柱度测量数据,对算法进行仿真和测试,证明算法在圆柱度误差的评定精度和收敛速度上有了进一步的提高。
In order to further improve the accuracy of cylindricity error evaluation and calculation convergence speed under the minimum zone method in the international standard. Through the basis of the whale optimization algorithm,a quadratic interpolation whale optimization algorithm is designed to solve the mathematical model of cylindricity error. Finally,through the cylindricity measurement data to simulatie and test the algorithm,and it proves that the evaluation of the cylindricity error precision and convergence speed are further improved.
