摘要
直径和形位误差是圆柱体零件的重要技术指标,通常用圆柱度仪或圆度仪测量并经数据处理后得到。在圆柱体直径和形位误差测量中需进行参数设置和图形显示,编程工作量较大。将虚拟仪器中的控件应用于用VB语言编制的程序,则可节省大量编程时间,使程序界面更美观,实现用鼠标拖动图像及从不同视角观察图像。本文根据所选虚拟仪器控件特点,介绍了CWUI3.0.1控件组在测量方法、评定参数设置以及CW3DGraph3.5控件在圆柱度误差评定结果显示中的应用。
Diameters and form & position errors are important technical indexes of cylindrical workpiece, which are obtained through processing the data measured by cylindricity or roundness measuring instruments.
