摘要
针对圆柱度误差评定的特点,建立了用M atlab实现圆柱度误差最小区域法、最小外接圆柱法和最大内接圆柱法评定时目标函数数学模型的计算方法.通过不同评价方法对圆柱度误差在不同初始值下进行多次评定,证明该方法都能收敛到全局最优解,而且计算结果稳定.该算法可以推广应用到其他形状误差评定中.
According to the characteristics of cylindricity error evaluation, the computation methods of objective functions' mathematic model is established when adopting Minimum Zone Cylinder (MZC), The Least square Cylinder (LSC), Minimum Circumscribed Cylinder (MCC) and Maximum Inscribed Cylinder (MIC) to evaluate cylindricity error in Matlab. Through comparing with the multi-evaluations of cylindricity error using different methods with different initial values, this method is proved that it can converge to an overall optimal and steady result. In addition, this algorithm can be extended to other forms' error evaluation.
