摘要
分析2014—2017年我国水产品及其加工制品出口日本的情况,由于与日本水产品法规与技术等的差异,在出口水产品质量安全方面仍存在问题。通过研究日本水产品质量安全监管体系,分析水产品出口涉及的生产、运输、销售等多个环节出现的质量安全问题,提出建议,以期为确保水产品质量安全提供参考。
Analysis of China's aquatic products and processed products exported to Japan from 2014 to 2017 was made in this article.Due to the difference from Japanese aquatic products laws and regulations and technology, there were still some problems in the quality and safety of aquatic products exported to Japan.Through studying the supervision system of aquatic products quality and safety in Japan, this paper analyzed the quality and safety problems in the production, transportation and sale of aquatic products, and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures in order to provide reference for ensuring the quality and safety of aquatic products.
