摘要
目的分析重庆市沙坪坝区2016年—2019年食品安全风险监测结果,发现食品安全隐患,为开展针对性的防控措施提供科学依据。方法根据《重庆市食品安全风险监测工作手册》对食品进行监测。结果重庆市沙坪坝区2016年—2019年的1440件监测食品合格率为92.7%。其中720件食品检测微生物及其致病因子,合格率为86.7%;720件食品检测化学污染物及有害物质监测,合格率为98.8%。学校食堂餐和学生饮用水、婴幼儿配方食品和谷类辅助食品检出食源性致病菌。结论沙坪坝区的食品安全状况总体较好,部分食品有微生物致病菌污染、农残、重金属残留超标情况,相关部门应进一步加强监管,并继续做好风险监测工作。
Objective To analyze the monitoring result of food security risks in Shapingba District,Chongqing between 2016 and 2019 and find that food security risks,so as to provide scientific basis for developing the targeted prevention and control measure.Methods The food was monitored according to Chongqing Food Safety Risk Monitoring Work Manual.Results From 2016 to 2019,92.7%of the 1440 items of monitored food in Shapingba District of Chongqing reached the qualified rate.720 pieces of food were tested for microorganism and its pathogenic factors,and the qualified rate was 86.7%.720 pieces of food were conducted for the test of chemical contaminants and hazardous substances,and the qualified rate was 98.8%.Foodborne pathogens were detected in school canteen meals and student drinking water,infant formula and cereal supplements.Conclusion The food safety situation in Shapingba District is generally good,and some foods have contamination of pathogenic microorganisms,pesticide residues and heavy metal residues,which exceed the standard.Relevant departments should further strengthen supervision and continue to do a good job in risk monitoring.
