摘要
目的研究脑出血后缺血性脑损伤患者采用凉血散瘀汤联合尼莫地平的临床效果。方法选择2015年6月～2017年6月我院收治的76例脑出血后缺血性脑损伤患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各38例。其中38例患者给予尼莫地平治疗作为对照组;另38例患者在上述基础上给予凉血散瘀汤治疗作为观察组。结果观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为94.74%、81.58%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前两组患者NIHSS、ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为18.42%、13.16%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论凉血散瘀汤联合尼莫地平对脑出血后缺血性脑损伤患者治疗效果明显,改善患者神经功能,提高生活质量,不良反应少,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Blood-cooling and Stasis-dissipation Decoction of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) plus Nimodipine in the treatment of post-cerebral hemorrhage ischemic brain injury. Methods 76 post-cerebral hemorrhage ischemic brain injury patients admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Nimodipine,while the observation group was treated with Nimodipine plus Blood-cooling and Stasis-dissipation Decoction of TCM. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.74%,significantly higher than control group (81.58%,P<0.05);Before treatment,scores of NIHSS and ADL for two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05).After treatment,the score of NIHSS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and sore of ADL was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 18.42% and 13.16%,respectively,with no difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The Blood-cooling and Stasis-dissipation Decoction of TCM plus Nimodipine can greatly improve their therapeutic effect,neurological function and life quality,and reduce the adverse event rate,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
