摘要
本文首先从服务对象、服务方式、服务范围等角度,阐述了图书馆免费开放服务的变化;重点从公民基本文化权益保障、图书馆发展模式创新、学习型社会构建等层面,分析了在公共文化服务均等化视域下提升图书馆免费开放服务的必要性。并对图书馆免费开放服务面临的困境进行详细介绍;最后着重从阅读行为、服务质量、投资力度、公共环境等方面,有针对性地提出了创新发展路径,以供参考借鉴。
This article firstly expounded the changes of free open library services from the perspectives of service objects, service modes and service scopes, and analyzed the necessity of improving the free open library services under the perspective of equalization of public cultural services by focusing on the protection of citizens' basic cultural rights and interests, innovation of library development model, and the construction of learning society. It also introduced dilemma faced by free open library services in detail, and finally proposed innovation path well-directed by emphasizing reading behaviors, service quality, investment intensity, and public environment, in order to provide references.
