摘要
贵溪冶炼厂生产指挥中心项目是贵冶智能工厂一期工程的子项目,融合GIS、3维可视化、NB、PI实时数据库、人脸识别、音视频定位、异常事件智能预警模型等新技术,建设生产指挥中心,搭建一个全厂综合信息展示平台,形成一套现代化调度管理机制,促使工厂生产管理精细化、工艺执行标准化,安全环境全面受控的全业务、多工序的集成优化和协同运作,生产运营效率得到逐步提高。
The production command center project of Guixi Smelter is a sub-project of the first phase of the Guiye Smart Factory. Integration of GIS, 3d visualization, NB, PI real-time database, face recognition, audio and video positioning, intelligent early warning model of abnormal events and other new technologies, the construction of the production command center, a comprehensive information display platform for the whole plant will be built to form a modern dispatch management mechanism to promote the fine production management of the factory process implementation standardization, the safety environment is fully controlled by the whole business, integrated optimization and coordinated operation of the whole process and multi-process.
