摘要
铜冶炼主流的生产工艺流程中存在着大量的极板转运、堆存及外观质量检测任务,目前这一任务主要由人工叉车转运和肉眼观测来完成,转运及储存方式粗放,质检方式落后。江西铜业集团公司贵溪冶炼厂利用智能工厂建设契机,投资建设了"江铜贵溪冶炼厂二系统极板智能化转运及质检系统"项目,在行业内率先建立了基于智能化立体库房的极板转运及质检系统,使极板转运、储存及质量检测实现无人化和智能化管控。
In the mainstream copper smelting production process, there are a lot of tasks of plate transfer, storage and appearance quality inspection. At present, this task is mainly accomplished by manual forklift truck transfer and naked eye observation. The modes of transfer and storage are extensive, and the quality inspection methods are backward. Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Corporation Limited has invested in the project of "Intelligent Transportation and Quality Inspection System for Polar Plates of the Second System of Jiangxi Copper Guixi Smelter" by taking advantage of the opportunity of intelligent factory construction. It is the first one in the industry to establish the Polar Plate Transportation and Quality Inspection System based on Intelligent Three-dimensional Warehouse, so as to realize the unmanned intelligent control of Polar Plate Transportation, Storage and Quality Inspection.
