摘要
结合当前有色冶金行业智能化转型升级新形势,围绕数字化、智能化在铜冶炼过程中的应用现状,就冶炼终点判断、冶炼过程智能控制及装备寿命预测、智能系统应用等几方面进行简述,对提升铜冶炼企业整体操作水平和铜冶炼企业数字化、智能化水平提供参考借鉴。
Combining with the curent intelligent transformation and upgrading of non-ferrous metallurgical industry,and centering on the application status of digitalization and intelligence in copper smelting process,the determination of smelting end point,intelligent control of smelting process and equipment life prediction,intelligent system application and other aspects were briefly described.It can provide reference for improving the overall operation level and the digitalization and intelligent development of copper smelting enterprises.
