针刀松解椎枕肌配合高压氧治疗对颈椎病患者血流动力学的影响 被引量:2

Influence of needle knife loosening vertebral occipital muscle combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on hemodynamics in patients with cervical spondylosis

摘要 目的探讨针刀松解椎枕肌配合高压氧治疗对颈椎病患者血流动力学的影响。方法选取2016年12月~2017年12月在我院接受治疗的70例椎动脉型颈椎患者,随机分为观察组(n=35)与对照组(n=35),对照组使用西药扩张血管治疗方法,观察组使用针刀松解椎枕肌结合高压氧治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组的总有效率为97.14%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的各项血流动力学指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刀松解椎枕肌配合高压氧治疗颈椎病可明显改善患者的各项临床病症,使血流动力学指标逐渐恢复正常,有助于患者早日恢复健康。 Objective To investigate the influence of needle knife loosening vertebral occipital muscle combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on hemodynamics in patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods Seventy patients with vertebral-artery cervical vertebrae treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group (n=35) and control group (n=35). In the control group, Western medicine for blood vessels dilation was used, while in the observation group, needle knife loosening vertebral occipital muscle combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy was adopted. The clinical treatment effect between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.14%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The hemodynamic parameters of the observation group were obviously better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Needle knife loosening vertebral occipital muscle combined with hyperbaric oxygen treating cervical spondylosis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, so that hemodynamic indicators gradually return to normal, which help patients to recover health as soon as possible.
