摘要 在分段工艺约束和船台资源有限的情况下,为实现多艘船舶分段吊装顺序优化和船台资源的合理配置,首先在资源受限项目调度问题理论的基础上,建立了分段吊装顺序优化的数学模型.然后针对标准遗传算法过于依赖种群规模和交叉变异算子等不足,提出了自适应调整策略,改进了算法性能,并将其应用到上述模型中.最后以4艘3900TEU集装箱船的分段吊装顺序优化实例,并和船厂初始调度方案作了对比,论证了文中提出的改进遗传算法对于解决多艘船舶分段吊装顺序优化问题的合理性和可行性. In order to optimize the block lifting sequence and the reasonable allocation of platform resource under the constraints of the segmentation process and resource, a mathematical model is established of lifting order optimization on the basis of the theory of resource constrained project scheduling problem. Then,aiming at the deficiency that standard genetic algorithm is too much dependent on population size and crossover mutation operator, an adaptive adjustment strategy is proposed to improve the performance of the algorithm, and it is applied to the above model. Finally, an optimization of block lifting sequence example is given by applying the model to the construction of four 3900TEU container ships. By comparing with the initial dispatching scheme of the shipyard, it is demonstrated that the improved genetic algorithm is reasonable and feasible in optimization of the multi ships lifting sequence.
