摘要
"在地国际化"始于20世纪90年代欧洲对传统国际化模式的反思与追问,后逐渐受到各国高等教育界重视和认可。其"重视本土培养""群体普惠性""国际化教育环境"等特征,为应对我国高校国际化人才培养中的问题提供了新的逻辑范式和实践路向。针对我国传统高校国际化人才培养模式中在教育普惠性、教育效果等方面的困境,只有将"转变观念""配套机制"和"教育环境国际化"相结合,才能够为我国高校在地国际化培养人才提供更具本土性和实践性的理论框架和策略思路。
The notion “Internationalization at Home”(IaH) began with the reflection and pursuit of the traditional model of internationalization in Europe in the 1990s and was gradually valued and recognized by the higher education circles in various countries. Through the analysis, it has provided that “Internationalization at Home” features in “focus on local education”,“benefit to all the people” and “international education environment”, a new logical paradigm and practical direction in response to the problems in the cultivation of internationalized talents in universities in our country are offered. In terms of the predicament of benefit to all the people and effect of education in the traditional internationalized personnel training mode of universities in our country, only by combining the concepts of “changing ideas”,“supporting mechanism” and “internationalization of educational environment”, the theoretical framework and strategic thinking of internationalized personnel training which are more local and practical can be provided to the universities in our country.
