摘要
后疫情时代的国际形势凸显了“在地国际化”的必要性,研究的推进急需国际视野及前沿坐标。通过对国内外相关文献进行系统梳理,对“在地国际化”的概念内涵及语境差异、价值认知及其与跨境流动的关系、实践的理论与本土探索进展进行了述评。研究发现:对其与跨境流动关系的不同主张引发了学界对“在地国际化”概念内涵的认知分歧,对其价值的认知却形成了三个方面的共识;如何使“在地国际化”与跨境流动相辅相成,协同提升高等教育国际化水平成为研究的落脚点;“在地国际化”实践没有标准的模式,但存在一些基本要素。其中,国际化课程体系、教师的参与尤为关键,对信息通信技术的重视成为明显特点。“在地国际化”实践探索呈现出鲜明的区域特色,但本土理论的成熟仍有很长的路要走。
The international situation in the post-epidemic era highlights the necessity of "internationalization at home",and the promotion of research urgently needs an international vision and frontier coordinates.Through the systematic review of relevant literature worldwide,this artical analyzes the concept connotation and context differences of "internationalization at home",value cognition and its relationship with cross-border flow,practical theory and local exploration progress are reviewed.It is found that the different propositions on the relationship between it and cross-border study bring about the academic cognitive disagreement on its conceptual connotation,but reaches three levels of consensus on its value.How to make it and cross-border study complement each other,and jointly improve the internationalization level of higher education has become the foothold of research.There is no standard mode in the practice of "internationalization at home",but there are some basic elements,among which the international curriculum system and teachers’ participation are particularly critical,and the attention to ICT’s role has become an obvious characteristic.Practical exploration presents distinct regional characteristics,but there is still a long way to go in the development of local theory.
