摘要
在地国际化是后疫情时期推进我国高等教育内涵式发展、实现高等教育强国的可能路径。在跨境国际化陷入困境、早期在地国际化偏内向型和浅层性与数字技术的驱动下,我国在地国际化得以发展,既是对跨境国际化的本质超越,又是对高等教育国际化的内涵重塑。实现具有中国特色的在地国际化需要形塑在地国际化内涵,突显自我文化意识;依托数字化技术,促进在地国际化课程形式和内容的创新;构建中国特色的评估体系,达成在地性和国际性的双向融合。
Internationalization at home(IaH)is a possible path to realize connotative development of Chinese higher education and achieve a powerful country in higher education in the post-epidemic era.Traditional internationalization facing increasingly challenges,inward and shallow early internationalization at home and digital technology are motivations of IaH.IaH not only transcends the essence of cross-border internationalization,but also reshapes the connotation of higher education.To construct IaH featuring Chinese characteristics,we should reshape the connotation of IaH cognition to highlight cultural self-consciousness,and promote the innovation of IaH courses relying on digital technology,then construct IaH evaluation system with Chinese characteristics,so as to achieve pluralistic fusion.
