摘要 教学的有效取决于教学设计,而教学成效的关键取决于教学设计素养,对教学设计素养的内涵探析有利于明确概念,清晰路径,掌握方法,从而实现教学设计优化、教学实施高效。教学设计素养是教师职业生涯中必备的教学品格与关键的教学能力,影响并制约着教学进步,需要在理念、技能、方法、反思层面上探析其发展路径。 The effectiveness of teaching depends on instructional design,and the key to teaching effectlies in the instructional design literacy.The analysis of the connotation and characteristics of instructional designliteracy is conducive to the clear definition of concepts,the determination of paths,and the masteryof methods to achieve optimal instructional design and efficient teaching.Instructional design literacy is an essential quality and key teaching competency in the teachers professional career,which influences and restricts the improvement of teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to explore its path of its development in terms of the concepts,skills,methods and reflection.
