摘要
以河南省A学院和B幼儿师范学校2018届学前教育专业应届毕业生为研究对象,基于从教去向、从教价值观、影响从事幼教行业意愿的因素三个方面自编问卷进行调查。结果表明:本科生对就业趋势的关注和就业形势的认识显著高于专科生;学前教育师范生的从教意愿较高(76.4%),但从事幼教行业意愿比例较低(35.1%),进一步约束条件下,对口专科生愿意从事幼教行业的比例仅提升到54.4%;从教价值观方面更看重薪酬待遇、发展机会和工作稳定等工具性价值观因素;期望的最低起薪、专业是否调剂、培养层次对从事幼教行业的意愿强度有显著贡献。
Taking graduates of the year 2018 majoring in preschool education from Henan College A and Kindergarten Normal School B as the research object,this paper makes a self-designed questionnaire based on three aspects:teaching intentions,teaching values and the factors influencing the willingness to engage in preschool education industry.The results show that undergraduates’ attention to employment trends and the awareness of employment situation is significantly higher than junior college students.At Pre-service stage,preschool teachers have higher willingness for teaching (76.4%) but lower willingness to engage in preschool education industry( 35.1 %).Under further constraints,we find that the proportion of junior college students from vocational schools engage in preschool education only increased to 54.4%.In terms of teaching values,pre-service preschool teachers pay more attention to instrumental values such as salary,development opportunities and job stability;the excepted minimum starting salary,whether the majors are adjusted,and the level of training have a significant contribution to the willingness to engage in the preschool education industry.
