摘要
通过对武汉市6所高职院校进行问卷调查发现:虽然当前高职校园文化建设取得了很大的成绩,但是,高职校园文化建设的方向并不是学生们所期望的方向,高职校园文化建设中价值取向矛盾比较突出。当前高职校园文化价值取向主要停留在就业和专业特色建设方面等工具性价值观阶段。高职校园文化建设在保留自身特色的同时,应逐渐回归到教育的本质,即回归到发展人的根本使命上来。
To understand the current situation of value orientation on vocational campuses, we handed out questionnaires in 6 vocational colleges in Wuhan and made concrete analysis. We found out that though we have made great achievements in cultural construction on campuses, the direction we set is far from students' expectation. Value orientation stands out as a serious problem and the major conflicts lie in em- ployment and the construction of majors with distinct characteristics. Value orientation should upgrade from tool to target. With value orientation, we can put emphasis on health, aesthetics and human-oriented conceptions, leading education back to its essence of human appreciation and human growth.
