摘要
特困老人作为最弱势的社会群体,其养老保障问题历来饱受社会各界关注。在阐述学界针对特困老人现有研究的基础之上,以郑州市航空港区288位特困老人为例,运用SPSS 19.0工具深入分析了集、散供养方式下特困老人的经济来源、日常照料和精神慰藉三个层面的保障主体及其内在成因,并据此提出了坚持政府主导和激励社会参与、提高养老机构的服务能力和水平、提升亲属的责任感和精神慰藉功能的优化路径,以期完善航空港区乃至全国特困老人的养老保障问题。
As the most vulnerable social group,the elderly with special difficulties have always been concerned by the society.Based on the existing research in the academic circle,the article takes 288 destitute elderly people in Zhengzhou Aviation Port Area as an example,and uses SPSS 19.0 tool to deeply analyze the economic source,daily care and spiritual comfort of the elderly with special difficulties under the mode of collecting and distributing.At the three levels of the main body of protection and its internal causes,the artical finally proposes the optimization path of the relevant subjects in the future,with a view to improving the endowment security of the elderly in the airport area and even the country.
