摘要
社会主义新农村建设中要提高"三无人员"的生活质量,让他们"老有所养、居有其屋、乐有其所、病有所医",单纯依靠现行的供养方式是不够的。在此主要针对农村三无人员集中供养制度的必要性、农村三无人员集中供养制的现状进行了分析,提出了关于完善农村三无人员集中供养制的途径。
The construction of new socialist countryside should improve life quality of ＂ the rural nor any staff＂ , letting them ＂old be raised, home Ownership, music in place, sick has its hospital＂ , just depending on current support mode is not en- ough. This article mainly talks about the necessity and current condition of concentrated feed system of ＂rural nor any staff＂ and proposes some measures to improve it.
