摘要
以107硅橡胶、乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油等为原料,制备了一种硅橡胶泡棉材料,探讨了各原料对泡棉材料性能的影响,确定了最优的原料条件,即以黏度为20 000 m Pa·s的107硅橡胶,黏度为100 000 m Pa·s的乙烯基硅油作为原料,黏度为2 000 m Pa·s、活性氢摩尔分数为1. 6%、用量为12份的含氢硅油作为交联剂,三聚氰胺磷酸盐、三氧化二锑和氢氧化铝按质量比13∶4∶3复配作为阻燃剂,碳纤维作为导热填料。在此条件下,可得到一款泡孔均匀的闭孔型硅橡胶泡棉材料,该材料硫化后拉伸强度可达38 k Pa,拉断伸长率为128%,热导率> 0. 2 W/(m·K),电气强度达到7. 8 k V/mm,UL-94阻燃等级达到V0级,可用于新能源汽车电池包外壳上。
A silicone rubber foam was prepared by 107 silicone rubber,vinyl silicone oil and hydrogen-containing silicone oil.The influence of each raw material on the properties of silicone foam was discussed and the optimal conditions was determined.Taking silicone rubber(viscosity of 20000 mPa·s),vinyl silicone oil(viscosity of 100000 mPa·s)as the materials,12 parts hydrogen-containing silicone oil(viscosity of 2000 mPa·s),with hydrogen content of 1.6%,as the cross-linking agent,the ammonium polyphosphate,antimony trioxide and aluminum hydroxide are compounded as a flame retardant with a mass ratio of 13∶4∶3,and the carbon fiber is used as a heat conductive filler.Under the conditions,a cell-closed silicone foam with uniform cell can be obtained.It has the cured tensile strength of 38 kPa,the elongation at break is 128%,the thermal conductivity is>0.2 W/(m·K),and the dielectric strength is 7.8 kV/mm.The grade of UL-94 flame retardant goes up to V0,which can be used on the shell of new energy car battery pack.
