摘要 选择以氧化铝粉作为导热剂,羰基铁粉作为电磁波吸收剂,乙烯基硅油和含氢硅油为黏接剂制备导热吸波硅橡胶。通过网络分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、黏度计、热阻仪分析不同氧化铝粉和羰基铁粉的配比对硅橡胶的导热性能、吸波性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明,氧化铝粉用量为10%,羰基铁粉用量为80%时,硅橡胶具有良好的加工性能(硫化前黏度为6.5×10~4 Pa);导热率为2 W/(m·K),热阻抗为6.00 (℃·cm^2)/W,反射率<-5 dB的频率范围为5~15 GHz,综合性能良好。 The thermal conductive and wave absorbing silicone rubber was prepared with aluminum oxide (thermal conductive agent), carbonyl iron (wave absorbing agent), vinyl silicone oil and hydrogen silicone oil (binding agent). The thermal conductivity, wave absorbing performance and processability of silicone rubber with different alumina and carbonyl iron ratios were studied by network analyzer, scanning electron microscope, viscometer and thermal conductivity meter. A better formula is as following: the carbonyl iron 80% and aluminum oxide 10%. In this formula, the silicone rubber has good processability (viscosity is 6.5× 10^4 Pa before vulcanization). The thermal conductivity is 2 W/(m·K), the thermal resistance is 6.00 ℃·cm 2/W and the absorption higher than 5 dB has a wide frequency range from 5 GHz to 15 GHz.
