摘要
脓毒症作为一种颇为棘手的全身炎症反应综合征,目前其治疗手段存在一定程度上的不足,使得脓毒症死亡率仍处于一个较高水平,故探究脓毒症更有效的治疗方法是目前急诊医学的当务之急。中医药在脓毒症治疗方面有着自身独特的优势,许多学者认为正气不足是脓毒症发病的重要病机,然据笔者临床观察,脓毒症不仅与正气不足有关,而且脓毒症的发病和进展与元气亏虚关联更为密切。文章从元气、正气与脓毒症之间的关联进行分析探讨,揭示元气亏虚与补益元气在脓毒症发病及治疗中的意义。
Sepsis is a rather thorny systemic inflammatory response syndrome in emergency department. At present,there are some deficiencies in its treatment methods,making the mortality rate of sepsis still at a high level. Therefore,it is more difficult to explore sepsis. Effective treatment is currently a top priority for emergency medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine has its own unique advantages in the treatment of sepsis,and many scholars believe that lack of righteousness is an important pathogenesis of sepsis. According to the author′s clinical observation,sepsis is not only related to lack of righteousness,but also associated with deficiency of primordial qi. Incidence and progression are more closely related to qi deficiency. Therefore,the article analyzes the relationship between vitality,righteousness and sepsis,revealing the significance of vital deficiency and replenishing vital energy in the pathogenesis and treatment of sepsis.
