摘要
探讨脓毒症的中医病机及治法。认为其基本病因病机为毒、瘀、虚交互为患,温毒内蕴为基础,正气亏虚为根本,瘀血内结贯穿疾病始终;临证以解毒、化瘀、扶正为基本治疗大法。
This article introduces the pathogenesis and therapeutic methods of sepsis in Chinese medicine. It is held that sepsis results from toxin, blood-stasis and deficiency, febrile toxin as the basis and health qi deficiency as the root; blood stasis stays throughout its progression; its cardinal treatment is based on relieving toxin, resolving stasis and enriching healthy qi.
