摘要
目的观察麻黄汤类方治疗急性呼吸道感染并发全身炎症反应综合征的临床疗效。方法将患者34例随机分为治疗组14例与对照组20例,均予西医常规及清热解毒中成药剂治疗,治疗组另予麻黄汤方为基础加减施治。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论麻黄汤类方治疗急性呼吸道感染并发全身炎症反应综合征疗效满意。
Objective:To observe the effect of Herba Ephedrae Decoction Categorized Formula(麻 黄 类 方 ) for acute respiratory infection combined with systemic inflammatory response systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS). Methods:34 patients were divided randomly into two groups:the treatment group(14 patients) and the control group(20 patients).Patients in both groups were treated with the routine western medicine and Cleaning Heat Substance and Relieving Toxic Material Decoction.Those in the Treatment group were given Additional Categorized Formula of Herba Ephedrae Decoction. Results:The effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion:The curative effect of Categorized Formula of Herba Ephedrae Decoction is satisfactory.
