摘要
以将人工肝治疗机双重滤过血浆置换技术应用于PBC患者,滤除其体内的自身抗体、免疫复合物、胆盐、胆汁酸等,减轻皮肤瘙痒,提高熊去氧胆酸、激素、硫唑嘌呤治疗PBC的疗效为目的。方法:对15例使用人工肝治疗机、膜型血浆分离器、EC-20滤过膜进行双重血浆置换患者进行有针对性的护理,突出护理在治疗中的重要性。结果:有效的护理措施对人工肝治疗机的正确操作和双重血浆置换的顺利进行起着决定性作用。结论:总结制定的操作措施有利于指导对双重血浆置换患者的护理,双重滤过血浆置换技术应用于此类患者,能滤除其体内的自身抗体、免疫复合物、胆盐、胆汁酸等,从而缓解皮肤瘙痒。同时,操作后要精心护理,细致的护理是取得最佳疗效的关键。
The aim of this study is to apply the double filtration plasma exchange technology of artificial liver therapy machine to PBC patients to filter out the autoantibodies,immune complexes,bile salts,bile acids,etc.in order to alleviate skin pruritus and improve the efficacy of ursodeoxycholic acid,hormones and azathioprine in the treatment of PBC.Fifteen patients with double plasma exchange using artificial liver therapy machine,membrane plasma separator and EC-20 filter membrane were given targeted nursing,highlighting the importance of nursing in the treatment.Effective nursing measures played a decisive role in the correct operation of the artificial liver therapy machine and the smooth progress of double plasma exchange.Summarizing the operation measures is helpful to guide the nursing of patients with double plasma exchange.Dual filtration plasma exchange(DFPP)can remove autoantibodies,immune complexes,bile salts,bile acids and so on in these patients,thus alleviating pruritus.At the same time,careful nursing after operation is the key to obtain the best curative effect.
