摘要 本文以吉首大学生物类专业为例,进行了《现代仪器分析》实验教学的探索与实践。结合实验教学改革的实际情况,本研究旨在实现《现代仪器分析》课程理论与科学实践的深度融合,夯实学生的专业基础,大幅提升其现代仪器分析操作技能,并全面提高其发现和解决问题及创新实践的能力。同时,也为现代仪器分析实验教学的进一步教改和拓展奠定基础,为新从事本实验课程教学的教育工作者提供有所裨益的经验交流。 Taking the biology major of Jishou University as the research object,this article had explored the experimental teaching reform in "Modern Instrument Analysis".According to the actual situation of the course reform,It aims to achieve the deep integration of the theory and scientific practice of the "Modern Instrument Analysis" course, strengthen the students' professional foundation,greatly enhance their equipment-operational skills,and comprehensively improve their abilities to discovering and solving problems and innovative practicing.At the same time,this paper also lays a foundation for the further teaching and development of modern analytical instrument experimental teaching,and provides helpful experience sharing and exchange for educators who newly engaged in this experimental course teaching.
