摘要
通过对黑龙江省大学生群体进行调查,发现其知识产权素养较为薄弱。究其原因,主要是大学生自身忽视知识产权素养的培养与提升,以及高校在学生教育中存在缺位现象。基于此,提出将大学生自我教育、高校的培育和政府的引导相结合,全面提升高校大学生知识产权素养,以推动国家知识产权素质教育战略的有效实施。
Through the investigation of college students in Heilongjiang Province,Found that its intellectual property literacy is relatively weak.The main reason is that college students themselves neglect the cultivation and promotion of intellectual property literacy,and there is a vacancy phenomenon in college education.In order to promote the effective implementation of the national intellectual property quality education strategy,it is put forward to combine the self-education of college students,the cultivation of colleges and universities and the guidance of the government to promote the intellectual property literacy of college students in an allround way.
