疫情防控背景下国内高校“云端双创”生态系统构建研究

A Study on the Ecological System of “Cloud-Based Dual Innovation” in Chinese Universities in the Context of Epidemic Prevention and Control

摘要 在疫情防控背景下,国内“双创”教育出现实验实践基本停滞、云端化创新创业困难等问题。从“云端双创”视角出发,通过文献调查、案例分析、逻辑推理等方式得出适用于疫情防控且具有前瞻性发展潜力的国内高校“云端双创”生态系统构建理念;同时依托国内高校“双创”教育现状进行发展路径规划与预期分析,最终设计形成国内高校“双创+云端双创”生物圈,是国内高校“云端双创”生态系统稳步发展的前提。 In the context of epidemic prevention and control,the problems of experimental practice and difficulties in cloud-based innovation and entrepreneurship have emerged in domestic"dual innovation education".From the perspective of"dual innovation in the cloud",the concept of constructing"dual innovation in the cloud"ecosystem in domestic universities,which is applicable to epidemic prevention and control and has forward-looking development potential,is derived through literature survey,case analysis and logical reasoning.At the same time,the development path is planned and expected to be analyzed based on the current situation of dual innovation education in domestic universities,and the final design of"dual innovation+cloud-based dual innovation"biosphere in domestic universities is a necessary transformation under the background of the double attack of global unprecedented changes and epidemic prevention and control,and it is also a necessary transformation of"cloud-based dual innovation"ecosystem in domestic universities.This is a prerequisite for the steady development of the"cloud-based dual-innovation"ecosystem in domestic universities.
