摘要
随着2030年联合国可持续发展目标的持续推进,绿色管理、绿色发展理念已逐渐为世界普遍认同。为了分析国内外绿色管理的知识结构与动态演化,我们以1996-2017年为样本区间,以国内CSSCI数据库262篇文献和国外Web of Science数据库1750篇经管类文献作为文献计量的样本,从样本来源、每年论文刊登数量、研究方向、研究主题、研究趋势等角度,对搜集到的文献进行共词分析、因子分析、聚类分析及趋势分析等,最后指出未来绿色管理应从纵向案例研究、多学科交叉研究以及丰富研究对象进行拓展。
With continuous promotion of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030,green management and green development has been gradually recognized by the world.In order to analysis the knowledge structure and the dynamic evolution of green management at home and abroad,the samples are chosen interval from 1996 to 2017.From the perspectives of sample source,number of papers published each year,research direction,research topic and research trend,we choose the methods of co-word analysis,factor analysis,cluster analysis and trend analysis to analyze the literature we collected as samples of bibliometric,among them 262 literature of CSSCI database in China and 1750 literature of economics and management in web of science database in foreign countries.At last,the paper points out that the future of green management should be expanded to longitudinal case study,the multi-disciplinary study and enrichment of research objects.
