摘要
以废物管理为中介变量,运营障碍为调节变量,构建中介调节模型,聚焦绿色文化对环境绩效的作用机制。基于340家中小企业问卷数据,实证结果表明:(1)绿色文化、废物管理与环境绩效彼此间存在显著正向影响关系;(2)废物管理在绿色文化转化为企业环境绩效过程中起到部分中介作用;(3)运营障碍削弱了废物管理对环境绩效的作用机理且虚弱了废物管理的中介作用。研究丰富及完善了环境绩效的作用路径。
This study introduced the mediation variable-waste management,and moderating variable-operational barriers,constructed a moderated mediation model,and focused on the mechanism of green culture’s action on environmental performance,based on the questionnaire data of 340 SMES.The empirical study shows that:(1)There is a significant positive relationship between green culture,waste management and environmental performance.(2)Waste management plays a part of intermediary role in the process of transforming green culture into enterprise environmental performance.(3)Operational barriers weaken the mechanism of action of waste management on environmental performance and weaken the intermediary role of waste management.The research has enriched and improved the path of environmental performance.
