摘要
为了使图书编辑适应新时代的发展要求,本文以笔者参与部委标准化修订工作经历为主线,探讨了图书编辑应该具备的三方面基本功:职业素质、品牌意识、服务意识。职业素质重点谈了书稿加工、书稿策划2个部分;品牌意识重点谈了不忘品牌初心和品牌组合2个方面内容;服务意识则探讨了编辑在服务中抓住选题、调研终端市场和学习适应出版顶级业态3方面内容。
To adapt to the development of the new era for book editor, in this paper, it takes the author' s standardized revision work experience for national ministries and commissions as the main line and discusses three basic skills for a editor who should be equipped with. It includes: professional quality, brand awareness and service consciousness. For professional quality, it mentions manuscript processing and manuscript planning;for brand awareness, it mentions that not to forget brand beginner' s mind and how to carry out brand portfolio;for service consciousness, it involves three aspects: seize the book topic in the service process, investigates the terminal market accurately and learn to adapt to the top of the publishing formats.
