摘要
目的探讨持续护理质量优化在采血管理中的价值。方法将2018年1—7月该院门诊部收治的240例采血患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中对照组120例实施常规管理模式,观察组120例实施持续护理质量优化管理模式。对比两组的采血效果。结果观察组患者的一次采血成功率、样本合格率以及患者满意率均显著高于对照组,其样本差错率及不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在采血过程中采用持续护理质量优化管理模式,有利于减少采血风险事件,提高采血效果,提升患者满意度,有积极的临床推广意义。
Objective To study the value of continuous nursing quality optimization in the blood collection management.Methods 240 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 120 cases in each,the control group used the routine management model,while the observation group used the continuous management quality optimization,and the blood collection effect was compared between the two groups.Results The one-time blood collection success rate,sample qualified rate and satisfactory rate of patients in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,and the error rate of samples and incidence rate of adverse events were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing quality optimized management model in the blood collection is conductive to reducing the blood collection risk events,improving the blood collection effect and improving the satisfactory degree,and it is of positive clinical promotion significance.
