摘要
目的探析规范流动采血车前后消毒处理的效果情况。方法将2015年1月前未实施规范流动采血车消毒管理时采集的436份样本作为参照组,把2015年1月后实施规范流动采血车消毒管理时采集的438份样本作为研究组,分析比较流动采血车规范前后的消毒管理情况。结果开展规范流动采血车消毒管理前,物体表面、空气合格率明显低于实施后(P<0.05),而二者的菌数平均值均则高于实施后。结论消毒管理流动采血车时,保证其有效性及规范性,将消毒措施落实,对采血车内空气物表消毒效果的提升具有重要作用,同时能确保血液质量及采血安全。
Objective To analyze the effect of disinfection management before and after the standardization of mobile blood collection vehicles.Methods 436 samples collected before the standardization of mobile blood collection vehicles in January 2015 were selected as the control group,while 438 samples collected after the standardization of mobile blood collection vehicles in January 2015 were selected as the study group,and the disinfection management condition before and after the standardization of mobile blood collection vehicles was analyzed and compared.Results The article surface and air quality rate before the standardization of mobile blood collection vehicles was obviously lower than that after the implementation(P<0.05),and the average value was higher than that after the implementation.Conclusion We should ensure its effectiveness and standardization in standardizing the disinfection management mobile collection vehicles,which plays a major role in improving the disinfection effect of air article surface in the blood collection vehicles,and ensuring the blood quality and blood collection safety.
