摘要
目的研究无缝隙护理管理对内科护士工作积极性和护理质量的影响。方法选取该院自2014年1月—2015年1月的内科护士10名,收治的内科患者130例作为观察组,采取无缝隙护理管理,选取该院自2013年1月—2014年1月的内科护士10名,收治的内科患者130例作为对照组,采取常规护理管理,比较两组护士的工作积极性、护理治疗,患者对护士及医生的满意度。结果观察组护士工作积极性、护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士工作压力程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士压力评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度96.92%,对照组总满意度83.08%,观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙管理可提高护理人员工作积极性,可以提高患者对临床护理的满意度,在临床中应用十分有效。
Objective To study the seamless care management on medical nurse enthusiasm and quality of care. Methods In our hospital from January 2014—2015 January 10 medical nurses, medical patients admitted to 130 cases as the observation group, taken seamless care management, our hospital Available from 1 Month- January 2014 10 medical nurses,medical patients admitted patient satisfaction as a control group, to take routine care management, the two groups of nurses working enthusiasm, care treatment, 130 cases of nurses and doctors. Results The nurses enthusiasm, the quality of care scores were higher, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Nurses working pressure of observation group than the control group level, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Nurses scores observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Observation group total satisfaction 96.92% in the control group,the total satisfaction of 83.08%, total satisfaction was higher in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The seamless management to improve nursing work is a positive way of care, and can improve the clinical care of patients' satisfaction, is very effective in clinical application.
