摘要
目的研究以人为本的精细化管理模式在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果及价值。方法随机抽取该院妇产科收治的80例患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和试验组,各40例。参照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用以人为本的精细化管理模式。观察记录护理过程中不良事件发生率情况、护理质量评分、焦虑抑郁评分、睡眠质量评分及生活质量各维度评分。结果试验组不良事件发生率与参照组相比要少,试验组护理质量评分及生活质量各维度评分与参照组相比要高,焦虑抑郁评分及睡眠质量评分与参照组相比要低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以人为本的精细化管理模式在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果显著,具有较高临床推广价值。
Objective To study the application effect and value of people-oriented refined management model in the nursing management in the department of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 80 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing intervention,while the test group used the people-oriented refined management model,and the incidence rate of adverse events,nursing quality scores,anxiety and depression score,sleep quality score and scores of various dimensions of quality of life were observed and recorded.Results The incidence rate of adverse events in the test group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing quality score and quality of life score in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the anxiety and depression score and sleep quality score were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of people-oriented refined management model in the nursing management in the department of gynecology and obstetrics is obvious,which is of higher clinical promotion value.
