摘要
从2013—2017年,瓮安县已经连续5年举办山地户外赛事。从2016年开始,山地户外赛事升格为国际A级赛事。该研究通过文献资料、实地考察、访谈、数理统计、归纳总结等方法,试图探寻山地户外赛事对山地户外运动训练的启示。研究发现,我国运动员在皮划艇项目、GPS导航定向项目存在薄弱环节,而在越野跑项目,已具备较高的竞争力。通过该研究希望对促进我国山地户外运动训练产生积极作用。
From 2013 to 2017,Weng'an county has been held for 5 consecutive years of Adventure Race.Starting in 2016,Weng'an county Adventure Race upgraded to international A-level competitions.In this study,through literature,f ield visits,interviews,mathematical statistics,summarized and other methods,trying to explore the Adventure Race on the Outdoor Sports Training enlightenment.Find our athletes There are weak in Kayak and GPS Orienteering,In crosscountry running,the project already has higher competition ability,Through this study,we hope to promote the outdoor sports training in china.
